Be part of Scottish Archaeology Month in 2023
Archaeology Scotland is inviting archaeology, history, and heritage event organisers be part of the national Scottish Archaeology Month festival in September.
Scottish Archaeology Month runs throughout September each year and allows groups around Scotland to showcase the country's archaeology through events including digs, talks, demonstrations, walks, performances, skills workshops and open days.
All archaeology and heritage-related activities are welcome, from engaging talks to immersive tours, online resources, workshops, fairs, reenactments, excavations and more.
How to get involved
Share your passion, and contribute to Scotland's grandest celebration of archaeology and heritage in September. Submit proposals by July 31, 2023. For inquiries or event submissions, e-mail Archaeology Scotland.
