New research shows huge rise in global interest for St Andrew's Day

Newly released figures from SEMrush research show that global internet searches relating to how to celebrate St Andrew's Day have risen by 40% in the last four years.

The findings show:

Global searches for St Andrews Day have increased by almost 50,000 since 2016
2016 (Jan to Oct) – 107500
2017 (Jan to Oct) – 127000
2018 (Jan to Oct) – 149200
2019 (Jan to Oct) – 150800
 
THE WORLD IS BECOMING MORE INTERESTED IN LEARNING GAELIC – WITH SEARCHES INCREASING BY 11%

Global searches for ‘learn Gaelic’ have increased since 2016
